Orders & payment

When you place an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for the total shown at checkout, including shipping and applicable sales tax. Orders are subject to product availability; if we can’t fulfill an order we’ll refund it promptly.

Pricing & product information

Prices and product information are listed in good faith. In the rare case of an error, we may correct it before fulfilling the order — and will reach out if we need to cancel for that reason.

Subscriptions (Coffee Club)

Subscriptions auto-renew on the schedule you choose until you cancel. You can cancel, pause, or change your subscription at any time from your account; cancellations apply to the next billing cycle.

Intellectual property

The Koffee Kitchen name, logo, and branded merchandise designs are our property. Use them only with permission.

User-generated content

Reviews, comments, and any content you submit grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content on the site.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of this site or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
