Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Where we ship from

Most orders ship from our shop in Mount Union, PA. Branded apparel and some specialty items ship from our fulfillment partners; this is invisible to you — every order arrives in one or more clearly-marked shipments under the Koffee Kitchen name.

How long it takes

  • Coffee & tea: roasted/packed within 1–2 business days, then shipped via USPS or UPS Ground (3–5 business days for delivery in the lower 48).
  • Apparel & merch: fulfilled by our print partner; typically 3–5 business days to print, then 3–5 to ship.
  • Pantry items: ship from Mount Union with coffee orders or as their own shipment.

Shipping rates

Calculated at checkout based on your address and what’s in your cart. We don’t mark up shipping; you pay what the carrier charges plus a small handling fee.

Local pickup

Free. Choose Pickup at Mount Union shopat checkout and we’ll email you when your order is ready (usually within a few hours during business hours). Pick up at the counter; we’ll have it set aside.

International orders

We currently ship within the United States only. We’re working on expanding — drop us a note via the contact formif there’s a specific destination you’d like to see.

Returns & exchanges

Coffee, tea, and food items

For food-safety reasons we can’t accept returns of coffee, tea, honey, or hot sauce. If there’s a problem — stale beans, damaged in shipping, the wrong item, anything — email us within 14 days at thekoffeekitchen@gmail.comand we’ll send a replacement at no charge. We’re a small shop and we’d rather make it right than haggle.

Apparel & accessories

Unused, in original packaging, within 30 days of delivery — we’ll accept a return for refund or exchange. The customer covers return shipping; we’ll cover replacement shipping on exchanges.

How to start a return

Email thekoffeekitchen@gmail.com with your order number and what’s wrong, and we’ll reply with next steps.

Order changes & cancellations

Reach out within a couple of hours of placing an order and we’ll do our best to make changes. Once an order is roasted, packed, or in transit we can no longer modify it — but talk to usand we’ll figure something out.
