When do you roast?

Every week, in small batches. Bags ship within 1–2 business days of roasting so you get them as fresh as possible. Roast date is printed right on the bag.

How does shipping work?

Most orders ship from Mount Union, PA, via USPS or UPS — typically 3–5 business days for standard. Branded apparel and some specialty items ship from our print or fulfillment partners. Tracking comes through as soon as your package leaves the building. Prefer to skip shipping? Choose Local Pickup at the shop at checkout, free.

Can I pick up at the shop?

Yes — pick "Pickup at Mount Union shop" at checkout for free and we'll have it ready within a few hours during business hours. We'll email you when it's ready.

Question 4

How does the Coffee Club work?

Accepted Answer

Pick a coffee, pick how often you want it (weekly, monthly, or quarterly), and we'll roast and ship it on schedule. Cancel, pause, or switch coffees anytime from your account.

Question 5

Returns and exchanges?

Accepted Answer

Coffee, tea, and food items are non-returnable for food-safety reasons, but if there's a problem with your order — flat-out tell us and we'll make it right. Apparel and accessories can be returned unused within 30 days.

Do you wholesale to cafés or offices?

We do, in limited quantities. Send us a note via the wholesale form and we'll come back to you within a couple of days.

Are you really veteran-owned?

Accepted Answer

100%. The shop was founded by U.S. military veterans who came home to Mount Union and wanted to keep serving — just with a different uniform. A portion of every sale supports veteran-focused charities and our local community.

Do you do custom roasts or private-label coffee?

Family business spelling. We've always been The Koffee Kitchen, and we plan to stay that way.
